Prince William Hotel - London

This place suits me perfectly. I enjoy the free Wi-Fi, tv, and helpful 24-hour reception. The staff were amazing, especially in assisting my elderly parents during our first stay. I can't wait to return for Christmas!

Newly renovated trendy boutique hotel with more than adequate and hot breakfasts. Particularly good and ideal location, 10 minutes' walk to Paddington. Lovely stay in such beautiful area: )

Eating out was a joy with Flavors Of India just a stone's throw away-those curries were next level! Plus, the friendly kitchen team kept things rolling like it was a Sunday roast. Couldn't get enough of those vibes!

The room was small and a bit stuffy, but we spent most of our time exploring. No air-conditioning, just a fan. And let's not mention the lack of privacy with that dodgy bathroom door-awkward!

That was what I call decent place for short stay. I booked newly remodelled, decent sized room with the toilet from the bedroom, fresh towels plus single bed.

Unfortunately there was no hair dryer in the room and no minibar or fridge. Unfortunately, the elevator was extremely small so it was mostly occupied and you usually had to walk to the 4th floor over the narrow stairwell.

Rooms exhibit thin walls!!! The air conditioning is weak!!!

Staff was super friendly, breakfast was adequate, room was clean.

Our room was right next to the elevator, so it was quite loud.

The location of the hotel is great. Just around the corner is Hyde Park. Also a subway station is nearby.

The room was very noisy. You could hear from the bed, the announcement from the elevator. Also, there was no wardrobe in the room. Only an extended wardrobe served as a filing. We have therefore lived out of the suitcase for the few days. Also in the bathroom there was hardly any storage space. Please do not forget the hair dryer!

Consider requesting a room away from the elevator for a quieter experience, especially if you're sensitive to noise.

Very old, the elevator, rooms was dirty ect. Breakfast was not good. J am very unhappy to be there.

On requests such as hair dryer, extra blanket was friendly. Location near paddingten station was ideal.

Breakfast is included on the internet but was not included in the price. We did not have breakfast there, it did not seem that great.

Location

Hotel was being renovated and should not have been renting rooms. There was evidence of exposed wiring, power tools were being used. The reception area was a hallway. To check in/out, had to do this at a separate hotel opposite the street. Breakfast was also served in that hotel. Bedroom was a twin room and was very small, difficult to move around in and not comfortable. The curtain was a mat type that was velcro stuck to the top of the window. To let light in, the 'curtain' had to be pulled off at the top and left on the floor. The bathroom door was a frosted glass type door with no locking mechanism. There was a sealing rubber strip down the side but, as the door was not wide enough, there was a 5mm gap still showing when the door was closed. Elevator was unpredicable - sometimes worked, sometimes not. Due to the renovations, it didn't stop at the ground floor.

The double room provided a classic, cozy feel with tasteful decor that adds character to the stay. A kettle for tea and coffee was handy, perfect for winding down after a long day of exploration.

This means dragging your bags up a small flight of stairs, which isn't great after a long journey. The bathroom's narrow design made it uncomfortable, with an open-plan shower leading to water pooling on the floor-definitely not ideal for maintaining dryness. The bathroom lighting activated on a sensor, mid-shower the lights would turn off, not the best choice for a relaxing experience. The pillows were disappointingly uncomfortable.
